What Baidi Welfare Organization is
Baidi Welfare Organisation, a venture of BK Hub, works to extend a helping hand toward building brighter futures for underserved communities. It focuses on delivering food, healthcare, and essential support to individuals and families in need, ensuring dignity and care in every action. Beyond aid, attention is given to empowerment through skill-building initiatives for youth, women, and differently-abled individuals.
Driven by compassion and real-world challenges, efforts began with small acts of support for families in crisis and gradually expanded into wider community development. Today, the mission continues with a stronger focus on opportunity, guidance, and long-term impact. Every initiative reflects a commitment to hope, inclusion, and meaningful transformation in people’s lives.
Origins
How it was started
Baidi Welfare Organisation began from a simple yet powerful realisation under the BK Hub venture: many individuals and families were struggling silently without access to basic support, education, or opportunities. Small community efforts to provide food, care, and relief in urgent situations highlighted a deeper need for a structured humanitarian initiative that could create a lasting impact. Around 39–40% of Pakistan’s population lives below the national poverty line, reflecting significant challenges in access to basic needs, education, and livelihood opportunities.
This need was shaped into a broader mission by Mr Khan, focusing on human welfare, education, poverty relief, and empowerment across communities in Pakistan. What started as local assistance gradually evolved into organised programs for social development, environmental protection, and skills training. The foundation remains rooted in dignity, equality, and long-term transformation for every life reached.
