How it was started
Lets Care All was founded by Baidar Khan, whose lived experience with polio gave him a powerful insight into disability, independence, and care. His journey shaped a service built on dignity, resilience, and person-centred support, helping vulnerable people receive care that respects their choices, strengths, needs, and way of life.
He created the organisation to deliver personalised home and specialist care through customised solutions tailored to individual needs. It was built with strong recruitment, proper training, and a focus on safety and reliability. Today, it continues to grow as a trusted provider committed to improving quality of life through professional care. This need is reflected in UK care data, where over 683,000 people in England were receiving long-term adult social care support in 2025, showing the growing demand for home and specialist care services.
